Ethiopian Sidamo

Daye Bensa exports coffee from his farm in Shantawene
Village and from "out-growers" in Shantawene, Karamo, and Bombe
villages. Named after Shantawene Village, where many locals,

including numerous women, work on the farm, this
coffee is cultivated at 1,900-2,217 meters. The coffee berries are sourced from
smaller farms situated higher up, between 2,000 and 2,400 meters.
